Do I need to be home when you come to scoop?
No, you don’t need to be home during our visits. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. We’ll send you a confirmation once the job is done.
What do you do with the waste once it’s collected?
We double bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trashcan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A card on file is required for all services. We partner with a trusted third-party payment processor to keep your payment information safe and secure.
When will I be charged?
Your card on file will be charged the day after service has been completed.
