Absolutely! As long as your dog is friendly and comfortable with our team they can stay in the yard while we work. We love pets and always ensure their safety during our visits.
Do I need to be home when you come to scoop?
No, you don’t need to be home during our visits. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. We’ll send you a confirmation once the job is done.
What do you do with the waste once it’s collected?
We double bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trashcan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For recurring services a credit card on file in required. We partner with a trusted third-party payment processor to keep your payment information safe and secure.
When will I be charged?
Weekly service: Payment is due by Sunday on weeks that we service your yard.
One-time service: Payment is due within 2 days after work has been completed..
