Welcome to Breezy Scoops! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our pet waste cleanup services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.



Services Provided

Breezy Scoops provides pet waste cleanup services for residential properties.

We offer various service plans, including one-time cleanings, every 2 weeks, and weekly services. Specific details and pricing for each plan can be found on our website or provided upon request.

Service Availability

Our service is available in specific areas, and we make every effort to accommodate all customers. However, please note that availability is subject to change and may be limited based on the volume of service requests in your area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property if we determine that it is unsafe or not feasible to provide our service. We will do our best to communicate any changes in availability or service status as soon as possible to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Yard Preparation and Cleanliness

For new customers on the weekly or bi-weekly plan, depending on the amount of waste, it may take 2-3 visits to fully clear the yard and reach a maintainable level. From that point forward, we’ll keep your yard consistently clean.

Please note, for best results, we can only remove waste that is visible. Tall grass or heavy leaf coverage may hide waste, and we recommend keeping the yard trimmed and free from heavy leaf buildup for a more thorough service.

Yard Access

In order for us to provide our pet waste cleanup service, you must provide us with safe and unobstructed access to the designated pet waste cleanup area(s) on your property.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any special instructions or potential hazards on their property.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to a locked/blocked gate, an aggressive dog, or other unsafe conditions, the service will be rescheduled and a $5 fee will be added to the next bill.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our Services is listed on our website. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify customers of any changes in advance.

Quotes are accurate in most cases, however, no pricing is final until we fully inspect your yard on the first visit. We will let you know if there is any price change before starting services.

A credit card on file is required for all recurring services. Your card on file will be charged on Monday for services scheduled for that week, until the service is canceled.

We prioritize the security of your payment information and use a trusted third-party payment processor to handle all transactions securely. Your payment details are protected using industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure your data remains safe.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You can cancel or change your recurring dog waste cleanup services by emailing us at breezyscoops@gmail.com and let us know that you would like to cancel, or which service you would like to change to.

Service changes or cancellations will take effect within 48 hours of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your service change or cancellation is processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please text or call 770-239-6549 to ensure we have received your request.

If you cancel your recurring service after paying for the week but before the service has been completed, you will have the option to either finish that week's service or receive a full refund for that week.

If you wish to resume service after pausing or canceling, an initial cleaning fee will be required if more than two weeks have passed. We will need to inspect the property to determine the exact cost based on its current condition.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

We reserve the right to discontinue services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or other business considerations. We will notify you of the termination. If services are terminated due to non-payment, all outstanding balances must be settled before any future services can be resumed.

Inclement Weather

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service appointment in the event of inclement weather. We consider inclement weather to be any weather condition that poses a safety risk to our employees, such as lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, or icy roads. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to inform you in a timely manner and reschedule the service appointment for the earliest possible date. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from weather-related cancellations or rescheduling.

Pet Waste Disposal

After the pet waste has been collected from your yard, it is then double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trashcan. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the disposal of pet waste collected from your property.

Safety

For the safety of our employees, we require that aggressive dogs be secured inside the home during our service appointment. If a dog is outside, unsecured, and shows aggression, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service appointment. If a dog is aggressive or poses a safety risk to our employees, we may terminate the service appointment immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the behavior of your pets during our service appointment.

Recording and Marketing

We reserve the right to film, record, or take pictures of our pet waste cleanup service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By using our service, you grant us permission to film, record, or take pictures of the service and any relevant property. We will handle any such recordings or images in accordance with our privacy policy, and will not use or distribute them for any purpose other than quality control, training, and marketing. We may use these recordings, images, or testimonials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print advertising. If you have any objections to being recorded or photographed, or to the use of your property or pet's image or testimonial for marketing purposes, please notify us in advance of the service appointment.

Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property during service, you agree that our company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to your property resulting from normal service activities. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide the highest quality of service possible, but our service is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our service.

Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We want to assure you that we never sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

When you sign up for our services, we collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. Information collected is used to provide and improve our services, ensuring we meet your needs efficiently and effectively. We use the collected information to track service usage, manage customer accounts, and analyze service trends for business insights and improvements.
